These SMS Terms describe the text-messaging program operated by EMPOWERED CONSULTING & INSURANCE LLC, operating as Empower Health Benefits ("we," "us," or "our"), an independent insurance agency run by Jorge Soba. By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our contact form, you agree to these SMS Terms.

When you opt in, EMPOWERED CONSULTING & INSURANCE LLC may send you text messages in the following categories:

Customer Care — responses to your questions, quote follow-ups, and application requests.

4. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. EMPOWERED CONSULTING & INSURANCE LLC does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates will apply according to your plan.

5. Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP (we also honor END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, and QUIT) to any message. After you opt out, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages. You may re-subscribe at any time by submitting the contact form again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
